Delivery orders and pick up orders can be altered. For Pick up orders, please provide 24 hours notice. For delivery orders, we require adequate notice (usually 48 to 72 hours pre-delivery). Delivery orders can be altered keeping in mind the minimum suburb / order quantity. We will work on the amended order and getting it out to you on the scheduled day and time.

For Pick up orders, confirmation is usually provided at the time of order placed (Call+Collect). We have a turnaround of 1 hour to have stock ready for pickup, unless stated a date when the stock will be ready.

We can provide a text message notification if you’ve chosen to pick up on a certain day.

For delivery orders, we will confirm a date and time frame for delivery via phone or email. We are generally on track within the times allocated.
(If for whatever reasons delivery time needs to be altered, Dasta & Sons will contact you to notify of the changes).

You can also request a call 30 min prior delivery, which many of our delivery customers find useful.

$15 home delivery is based on a delivery run and your delivery day will depend on your area. We service Western Suburbs on Tuesday, Eastern Suburbs on Wednesday and Northern Suburbs on a Friday.

We service all areas of Melbourne metro weekly, generally if order is received in time to fit it into our schedule, delivery will occur promptly within that week on the allocated run day and time outlined.

We do send trucks out to regional deliveries but due to the size of the orders we can’t commit to weekly runs, however we believe we will work hard in getting the products across to you as soon as we are able.

Custom orders can be made with larger orders, we have a fairly large range of products to already suit most applications. We more then happy to quote any special requirements you may have on your next garden project.
